How do I book a private tour?
Message us via the contact form, WhatsApp, or email. We'll design a custom itinerary, then secure your tour with a $100 deposit. The balance is paid in RMB/cash when we meet.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel 8+ days in advance, 50% refund for 3–7 days, and no refund within 2 days of the tour.
Which languages do the guides speak?
Our founder speaks English, Japanese, and Cantonese. Private tours are available in English and Japanese.
Are the tours suitable for everyone?
Tours involve extensive walking, so comfortable shoes are a must. They are not recommended for people with severe back or knee problems, and are not wheelchair accessible.
